Giga byte GA-Z270P-D3 that was updated to Windows 10 1909 from 1903 is October 2019. After this update the Sata driver under IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers in device manager had a Yellow flag beside the driver. After many attempts to update I finally managed to find a driver manager Winzip to find the correct driver. However I then found that a new Storage controller appeared in device manager “Broadcom HT1000 Sata Controller (AMD64 Release)”. This is very strange as there is nothing AMD about my PC. I have disconnected everything but still cannot get this device off my PC. The consequence of this problem is that the PC will not update to Windows 10 2004.
The board has Intel core i5-7600k processor, 16Gb memory, M.2 500Gb SSD, 1Tb HDD, GeForce GT610 Graphics.
Any suggestions I can try?.
