It seems only some boards received this update? Will it cover all boards in the future?

I have a X470 Ultra Gaming what does not list it.

Also does F51 contain latest Agesa?

Unsure as to which boards may or may not get an update. My board, X470 Aorus Gaming 7 Wifi, did get the F51d update. All it shows however is improving memory compatibility. The previous F50 did update the EGESA to 1.0.0.4B. I would also point out that both the F50 and current F51 show a letter suffix which means it's considered a Beta bios. Unsure if there might be some administrative error with the naming scheme.

Well i made this thread because looking at all GB x470/B450 only the higher end boards seem to have received the F51 Bios.

latest Agesa is 1.0.0.5 and it contains memory compatibility improvements. But the F51 description does not mention it specifically.

I am interested in memory because a have a 32 GB kit (dual rank) XMP 3200 that only works manually at 2933. GB leaving X470 Ultra Gaming - an Aorus branded MB out of future bios updates is disappointing at least.

Do GB employees assist users here or it is just community driven?

Rarely if any. Mostly user supported.

My X470 board is very finicky with ram as well. Mine also runs at 2933(it's 3200) and will not work with XMP enabled. I have not applied the F51 bios yet however.

What CPU do you have? What RAM? i have a 2700x. I wonder if it is the CPU fault with memory compatibility (2933 seems to be the fastest officially supported) or the Ram kit or MB.

Well if u decide to go for the F51 bios let me know if smth improves.

Yes, all 32 meg kits.

PBO is off. But honestly I need to check my settings. lol Right now my 2700X is overclocked slightly.

Since you tried that many Kits - then it is the CPU limitations or MB being crap.

What O/C u got on the CPU- freq/vol? Mine in Auto - usually sits at 3925, in PBO 4025 - and i have 2 Ryzen Master OC's - 4025 at 1.34 and 4100 at 3.75 - these last 2 sometimes blue screen on cold system start up. All this when i nfull load in Cinebench or Handbrake -which i sometimes use.

A known weak point of my MB is the VRM quality - and at 4.1 OC (130W load) in full load it hits 85 C - in a mediocre case -with 1 120 mm back fan and 140mm top case fan.

I rechecked my Bios and PBO is set to Auto now. My overclock is setting at 4.9 over the default 4.7 but not other overclock settings like memory. I've tried Ryzenmaster in the past but at this point I'm simply using manual overclocking. Matter of fact the last time I attempted to run Ryzenmaster it locked up. One of those "I'll get to that later" This was after I updated to the F50 bios.

One of the things I noticed with this board is when running CinebenchR20. The highest score I have recorded is 3969 @3.9 GHz. But I have some scores that are almost as close using the default 3.7 GHz. Matter of fact I have some 3.9 GHz scores less than 3.7. Sometimes I just scratch my head. I do have one test logged that shows I'm using XMP profile 2 so must have worked with that at one time. That one shows a score of 3911 @3.9 GHz.

This is my main working PC so typically don't mess around with overclocking/troubleshooting too much. It's working good enough for now.

I made a support ticket a few days ago.

The reply i received does not bode well: "Dear sir,

All the BIOS versions available for download are listed on the official webpage for your current motherboard."

It is just a non-response really.

sreilly24590....you probably have to go in to bios and tell it to boot to alternate source or change boot menu. There is a Function key you can hit during power up which brings up a Boot Menu where you can select which source to boot from as well.
