I just tried with a disabled IOMMU setting (before it was auto). At least with my linux (kernel 5.5.7) it made no difference i was still stuck with the black screen (after 1min suspend)
Same problem here with a X570 Gaming X motherboard and bios version F12e (latest). I`ve tried all the solutions from this thread and nothing worked until I changed the keyboard. I had a usb wired keyboard and changed it with a usb wireless one. Changing the keyboard worked for me but I really don`t understand why is this happening.

Same thing here in F11 and F12e, Aorus X570 Wifi Pro, system won't resume from sleep, and constantly keeps going to sleep, resetting, and sleeping, resetting, automatically. Using AMD 5 3600, current windows 10, 32GB, 2070 Super.
I has the same problem, read right through the thread and then as suggested earlier disabled the "Hybrid Sleep" mode in power settings and the problem has gone.
Aorus X570 Ultra , 3900X, 3600MHz using XMP and Aorus Memory (Using Gigabyte Memory Boost to 3733MHz).

Also running into the same issue with the following build:
Aorus Master X570
AMD Ryzen 3900x
GSkill Trident RGB 3600 ram
Gigabyte 500GB PCIE4 NVME
MSI Nvidia 2060 S OC
4 Deep Cool RGB fans
Stock AMD Cooler with RGB
Phantek 1000W Gold+ power supply
I've tried:
Moving all USB to not the USB2/1 ports, so they are all on USB3
Disabling Hybrid Sleep
Disabled all wake timers
Running on optimized default
Running with XMP Profile Enabled/Disabled
Using Hibernation
Enabling/Disabling Fastboot
Disabling the RGB Fusion for DDR (renamed lib file to not load)
Running AMD Ryzen Balanced/Performance power profile
Everything about this build is absolutely fantastic while running, except Resume from Sleep. Probably greater than 50% of the time it resumes with Post Code 21, which as we all know in this thread is a reserved post code in the Gigabyte manual, likely to do with memory initialization.

After about a week of no issues waking up the same POST code appeared again with IOMMU disabled. The one thing I can say is that it went from a daily occurrence to once in a week.

What has solved my problem is simply not using their RGB tool. Since I stopped using RGB the system has slept and resumed perfectly every time, thought my system now looks like a toaster when it's on.

Win 10 2004 3900x x570 master F11 Bios
Same problems all around. I built this PC on 7/1/2020 (July) and had the same problems. All my hardware is very similar, if not exact, to most everyone's.
I've been on Windows 2004 since I built the PC.
A little over a week ago I was trying to figure out why my H115i platinum was not showing up in iCue. That led me on a driver update quest. In researching and updating drivers, I found/fixed the problem.
The on thing is... I can't remember what I updated to fix it.
Am still trying to figure this out. As soon as I do, I will post.

Updating the NIC drivers solved my problem. (My box would crash and reboot multiple times per day when it resumed.)
Must have miss this earlier, but I believe this may have been what fixed it for me also.
Nope. Just found a download from the time when the problem was fixed called "amd_chipset_driver_software_2.07.14.327.exe". However, a quick google search did not return anything about fixing sleep issues. I did not read all posts or articles about this driver. Couldn't hurt?

nonumbersa, that chipset driver download you mention includes an updated AMD MicroPEP Driver that updates how Windows handles Standby. Thus far I have not seen evidence that it has changed sleep issues, but that might be a Windows problem versus an AMD problem? I don't know. I doubt that Microsoft doesn't also have some responsibility for these standby (read sleep) issues.

andreigrum wrote: Feb 18, 2021 8:42:19 GMT -8 Fixed by a Win reinstall to UEFI. Old install was non-UEFI and I guess this was causing the problem. Still since F11 was working this proves there might be an issue with no-UEFI installs on F20 and F30.

I tried all F2x/F3x, same behavior. Even reset btn stops working, so I have to keep Pwr btn pressed 10 sec. Thanks in advance :
