I have an AORUS Pro Wifi ITX, two Logitech K400r and another Rapoo keyboard with touchpad, as well as a wired mouse and seperate wired keyboard.
In BIOS the wireless keyboards (with touchpads) will randomly freeze when connected to the USB 3.X ports, however the wired keyboard/mouse will not. They are connected at the same time.
If i connect the wirelles devices thorugh a seperate Konig USB 2.0 hub which is then connected to the USB 3.x connectors i have no freezes with the wireless devices.
It is a hardware related problem, incompatibility of the Logitech and Rapoo wireless keyboards when connected directly to the USB 3.0 ports. Now, these wireless devices are working 100% when connected to my USB 3.0 ports of my HP Pavilion DV6 laptop.
My conclusion is that the X570 (in my case) chipset has issues when communicating with USB 2.0 devices over USB 3.x ports, matbe it has something to do with timing or speeds, not sure. Can Gigabyte test and confirm this ? Maybe a new motherboard could solve it, but i don't have a 2nd board to test the issues.
