I just bought a "new" RX590.
It came in an unsealed box, and the anti-static bag was sealed with a piece of yellow tape with the text "GIGABYTE QUALIFIED" on it.
My first guess/reaction was that I probably got a refurbished card.
A quick Google search turned up a few results suggesting the same, although those answers appeared to be based on the same common-sense guessing.
Any official answer on this?
I would really like to know what's up with that yellow "Gigabyte Qualified" tape, as it seems to turn up an quite a lot of graphics cards these days.
