F21 allows me to sleep once per boot like F11 but a second try shuts it down.

Can you try switching NVMe RAID Mode to Enabled? No need to actually configure an array, just flip that setting. I had this issue with a Western Digital SN750 on the last two BIOS versions and this was the only thing I could find that fixed it.

I realize that this is an old thread and perhaps my comments will no longer be relevant ... but I had this exact problem (rebooting after awaken from sleep mode) with my X570 Aorus Master. It was shipped with bios version F11. I just updated it the the latest bios (F21) and the sleep problem was resolved.

I tried that and nothing changed. Kind of reminds me of the movie "The hunt for red october" when the captain asked for one ping only.

So in F21, I do see that they did try to fix the sleep mode problem but apparently it doesn't solve the issue. Now it doesn't matter if you set Hybrid sleep enable or not it will do the same thing, go to sleep and wake right back after a few seconds. Disable wake on LAN now doesn't change this at all unlike previous bios. You cannot disable Intel wake on LAN inside bios> Setting> IO Ports> Intel i211> NIC Configuration> Wake on LAN> once you set disable and reboot and get back in bios it will show enable again, this didn't happen with previous bios.

The good news is now after you put it to sleep it will just wake right back out of sleep, it doesn't reboot nor freeze inside sleep mode require hard reset.

I've never had an intel board behave this way with sleep so Gigabyte/AMD needs to fix this.

For me it turns out the issue was the realtek lan driver. I just download it from the Gigabyte website.

Fixed by a Win reinstall to UEFI. Old install was non-UEFI and I guess this was causing the problem. Still since F11 was working this proves there might be an issue with no-UEFI installs on F20 and F30.
