I resently got the Ax370 gaming k5 and once I got it running both the mouse and keyboard lagging and sometimes stop working all together but when I use the same mouse and keyboard on my other computer they worked fine.
nope had the same problem, and it was drivers related with RGB from my MSI graphics card, and some Gigabyte APP center apps as well, i tracked them through windows events logs and uninstalled em, now my Corsair mouse is working just fine.

I was having similar issues to this where the RGB Fusion app in combination with my Corsair RGB mouse and keyboard was causing a lot of audio issues. I started noticing audio going out of sync with any videos that I was watching and once that had my attention I noticed a lot of pops and clicks in the audio whenever I clicked around with my mouse a lot.
All I did was uninstall the RGB fusion app and all of my issues went away. I wouldn't mind playing around with the lights on my board a bit more in the future, but I'm definitely going to wait for a couple more updates from gigabyte to see if any of these issues get taken care of.

I see that the latest bios update for this model has a warning that confuses me about whether its right.
