I tried everything on bios, bifurcation on 8,4,4 and 8,8 with my rtx 3080 ti but without success; force pcie gen4; ahci; nothing seems to solve: is stationary on [email protected] Processor is Intel Core i5 11500K. I would really appreciate some suggestion. Thanks

Just stuck a new bios chip (easy job) into my X470 so now I have the very latest bios chip needed (for a Ryzen 5 5600x). Didn't want to try this 'bios update' business because there are too many unhappy stories out there.
