Gigabyte X570 aorus pro
Rtx 2080 ti
Corsair h100i air cooler

Built everything fired it up and I got a red light on dram then after some seconds goes to CPU then back to dram.

I tried reseating rams.
Tested each ram even one by one.
Got the cooler of CPU reinserted.

Not sure what happened why no post.

I tried getting latest bios renamed it to gigabyte.bin the naming will be wrong here but I copied the name from other site.

Put the bin file on root,USB fat 32
Inserted into white port and clicked flash nothing happens no light.
Do you think I should have held button in for 1 minute till it starts up looking for bios? Which I haven't done

I now damaged my PSU the 4 pin port near the 10 pin power port I didn't have 4 pin wire so I stuck one of the 6 pin wire and inserted the jack used 4 pin tried powering on and I heard noise not starting just leds on now. It's 12 oc power connector just hope my CPU is ok

Tested same psu on other machine led comes on but when I press power nothing.

Will my CPU be ok after this.

After psu was dead I read online about flash I have to hold button for one minute till it starts than shut down is that what I missed out.

Also there is a fan on motherboard laid flat.
If I insert rtx 2080 ti it seems like the gpu sits right on top of the fan this don't look right

The 6 and 6+2 pin power connector is for pcie, 8 pin and 4 pin are for cpu. The 12 volt and ground wires for the pcie and cpu connectors are reversed which means when you tried to power it on you created a direct short between power and ground. There is no way to know what all was damaged without testing each part in the system. Its possible that you only damaged the power supply, but you could have killed anything else that was connected to the board at the time.

The power connector and the header on the motherboard are also keyed in a way that you should not have been able to insert the 6 pin into the connector without some excessive force being applied.

I had CPU
Fans
Gpu
Aio installed.

I tried that psu on another board which I took out from it's showing the same sign less light up on as it's on standby but pressing the power button does nothing anymore.

I hope my CPU is ok.

When I first pressed power with the connectors on the 12v 4pin no fan was spinning but I heard something on psu and after that it will not power on the board by pressing the button.

My CPU 5950x has 3 years warranty so hope that my CPU is ok I hope.

By the way I run into problems with dram than CPU red light coming on,no post.

Do I have to insert the USB with GIGABYTE.bin in root of USB and hold the Flash button for 1 minute?

Fixed by a Win reinstall to UEFI. Old install was non-UEFI and I guess this was causing the problem. Still since F11 was working this proves there might be an issue with no-UEFI installs on F20 and F30.
