Hey all,
This is just a small update in hopes that it will help others out. I recently updated a new build with the Aorus Z490 Ultra motherboard along with the Intel Core i7 10700K for work and for a bit of gaming as well. Once the build was over I started to notice the debug code 25 showing up (and not the common A0) also whenever I turned off the pc the Corsair LL RGB fans would stay lit and continue to spin. Suffice it to say I RMA'd the board figuring it was in error then bought the same mobo for another 400$ and went through the slow task of reinstalling everything.
What I found out is the debug code shows up because the motherboard is in conflict with Gigabyte's App Centre software. Simply uninstalling it and performing a reboot will cure it. Installing any of the other applications such as EasyTune or FastBoot won't cause it.
Now for the Corsair LL fans staying lit well, it had to do with the case's d-rgb connection. Need to read up on the case's manual to be sure it can run on Gigabyte's RGBFusion 2.0 software. If not then any RGB fans will stay lit and a few of them will continue to spin.
Also do update all drivers both for the motherboard and for the CPU to be sure everything works as efficiently as possible.
Thanks!
Ela
