	arretx Newbie	Right now I'm Offline I have made 11 posts I joined August 2020		I currently have no messenger contact information filled out.	I currently have no social network information filled out.

So, I've been out of the PC world for a while, but it seems the motherboard manufacturer's manuals continue to be a bit ambiguous.

This is the first board I've installed that has a 24-Pin header -AND- 2 8-Pin headers for power.

For the board to operate correctly, do ALL headers need to be powered? The manual doesn't make this clear. It identifies them, but it's open to interpretation.

Followup: What would happen if the 24-Pin and only ONE of the 8-Pin headers was connected?

I can't get gigabyte warranty service to respond to an RMA. Keep getting an error message saying 'server error. Please try again later. I have been trying since last November. Anyone else have this problem?

You hook the fans to the CPU header... Should be fine. I have a X73 and works fine on my Pro Wifi

I have A B550 Pro, Rev 1, with the latest BIOS. I installed G Skill Trident Z Neo. 3600. Turning on XMP, does get me to almost 3600. Level 2 and Level 3 XMP have no effect. Any ideas about what my problem is? I will download the Ryzen DRAM calculator!

Fixed by a Win reinstall to UEFI. Old install was non-UEFI and I guess this was causing the problem. Still since F11 was working this proves there might be an issue with no-UEFI installs on F20 and F30.
