Hello
are you serious gigabyte?
Watch this video and fix this Problem with a bios update! I paid a lot of money for this graphics Card and that is what i get? Do not tell me that I should put the fans at 40%! It is not my fault that the graphics card has a problem with the fans

I’m in the same boat. It’s obviously a problem, if they don’t fix it by bios update or anything else I might contact a law representative. It’s not normal to pay that much and being force to manually fix it the best we can with a software tool.

Well I gave them time till the first week after the new year's eve, then I will go, to the shop I bought the card from, with all the discussion I had with their tech representative for about a month and ask money back, as this problem it seems not to be solvable by a bios update.
This bios can fix your problem but this is more like a fan incompatibility problem, and if the incompatibility is to big the problem will remain and only solution is RMA, I think.
Check with that bios if if fixes the problem, if is not then ...

You should talk to tech representative on the support page that you have a card with samsung memories and the bios on the website is not updating your card, and you have fan noise problems.
