usually when you update the bios, old profiles will not work with the new bios. You will need to make sure you have saved any settings you may have changed. I usually either write them down or take pictures of the bios screens with my phone. *

For 10 year old MoBo, GA-EP45-UD3R (rev 1.1) need EZ method for BIOS update to F12 dated 1/18/2010. I have copied F12 to thumb drive for file transfer... but, do I need to copy all old BIOS settings for application in new version once Q-Flashed?
